Yes, you can change your DJEP stand alone domain name to a different domain name. Please note that there is a $50 fee for moving your DJEP account and database from one standalone domain to another.

You will first need to register and configure the new domain just as you had with the original stand alone domain name. Please ensure you use the same "Nameservers" as the original stand alone domain. You can find your Nameserver details by going here:

Log into DJ Event Planner -> Account -> Under Server Details

Once you have registered and configured the new domain name, please log into your DJ Event Planner account to submit your domain transfer request and pay the associated fee of $50.

Log into DJ Event Planner -> Account -> Change Domain

We will verify the Domain Transfer Fee has been received. Then confirm the requested domain name is configured correctly. If so, our team will then work to transfer your DJEP account and database to the new domain as soon as possible. Upon completion, you will be notified by email that the transition is complete. Until you receive this email notification, you may continue to use your old domain. Once your domain transfer has taken place and you have been notified via email, you will then need to update all of your website tool links, mail server details, email and document templates, etc with the appropriate details tied to the new domain name.
